About

Hello Everyone!

My name is Yamuragiye Cyprien and I am the founder of ChristMyOnlyhope.com. I was born in Rwanda, but I am now a citizen of the United States residing in Texas.

I have lived my entire life as a disabled person, having been born with severely crippled limbs and then losing one of my legs during the Rwandan genocide. However, most importantly, I am a child of the one true living God who, in the aftermath of that same genocide, saved me through His only begotten Son, Jesus Christ.

In my life, I have traveled across 4 continents and 12 countries  preaching the Gospel and bearing witness to God’s glory for what He has done in my life. I am currently studying at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, in Fort Worth, TX.

Through this website, I hope to keep in touch with the people I have met through my journeys and to comfort those who experience similar trials to mine. My greatest hope, though, is that those who read this  website will come to experience the new life that Jesus Christ offers through His life, death, and resurrection. If you have questions about who Jesus Christ is, or any other

questions, please contact me through the link on the website!
God bless you in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ the true Messiah of Israel.

Who We Are

We are evangelical born-again Christians who believe that Christ is the only hope for salvation. We believe that the best way to bless any individual with or without a disability is with Christ the eternal son of God.

The Bible
We believe that God divinely inspired men to write the Scriptures in the Holy Bible. Therefore, the Bible is God’s revelation of Himself to mankind, a perfect treasure of divine instruction.  We hold only the 66 books in the canon as the inspired word of God, revering the original text of the Holy Bible in its original languages as God-breathed and inerrant. The one true God is its author, salvation is its purpose, and everything it says is true without any mixture of error.

Nature of God
There is one, and only one, living and true God. The eternal God reveals Himself to us as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, with distinct personal attributes, but without division of nature, essence, or being. God is Triune in nature; he is not three gods. He created the universe out of nothing and is omnipotent and omnipresent. He is eternal, changeless, holy, loving, good and perfect in every way.

God the Father
God as Father reigns with providential care over His Universe, His creatures, and human history according to the purposes of His grace. Often the title ”God” designates the first person, God the Father. To those who become children of God through faith in Jesus Christ, God is truly Father.

God the Son
Jesus Christ is the eternal Son of God. In His incarnation as Jesus of Nazareth, He was conceived of the Holy Spirit and born of the virgin Mary. He honored the divine law by His personal obedience, and in His death on the cross, He made provision for the redemption of men from sin.

Jesus Christ is God, the second person of the Trinity. As God the Son, he has always existed and was never created. He is fully God and fully man, the two natures joined, not mixed. As the second person of the Trinity, he is coequal with God the Father and the Holy Spirit. In becoming man, he was begotten through the Holy Spirit and born of the Virgin Mary. Jesus Christ is the only way to the Father, salvation, and eternal life. He died on a cross, according to God’s plan, as the full sacrifice and payment for our sins. He rose from the dead on the third day, spiritually and physically immortal. For the next 40 days, He was seen by more than 500 eye-witnesses. His wounds were touched and he ate meals. He physically ascended to heaven. Jesus Christ will come again physically at the end of the world to establish God’s kingdom and judge the world.

God the Holy Spirit
The Holy Spirit is the Spirit of God. He exalts Christ. He convicts us of sin, strengthens us toward righteousness, and warns us of judgment. He enlightens and empowers the believer and the church in worship, evangelism, and service. The Holy Spirit is God, the third person of Trinity. The Holy Spirit is a person, not a force or energy field. He comforts, grieves, reproves, convicts, guides, teaches, and fills Christians. He is not the Father, nor is he the Son, Jesus Christ.

Man
God created people in his image by a special act as the crowning work of His creation. By free choice, man sinned against God and brought sin into the human race and therefore every man and woman is in need of a Savior. We know people are sacred because God created them in His own image and because Christ died for them; therefore, every man and woman possesses dignity and is worthy of respect and Christian love.

Salvation
Salvation involves the redemption of the whole person, and God offers it freely to all who accept Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, who by His own blood obtained eternal redemption for the believer. In its broadest sense, salvation includes regeneration, sanctification, and glorification.

Salvation is by God’s grace, not by an individual’s good works. Salvation must be received by faith. People must believe in their hearts that Jesus Christ died for their sins and physically rose again, which is the assurance of forgiveness and resurrection of the body. This is God’s loving plan to forgive sinful people.
Election is the gracious purpose of God, according to which He regenerates, sanctifies, and glorifies sinners. All true believers endure to the end. Those whom God has accepted in Christ, and sanctified by His Spirit will never fall away from the state of grace, but shall persevere the end.

We believe that true believers in Jesus Christ go to be with him. After death, all people await the final judgment. Both saved and lost people will be resurrected. Those who are saved will live forever with Jesus Christ in heaven. Those who are lost will suffer the torment of eternal separation from God in the lake of fire. Jesus’ bodily resurrection guarantees believers that God will resurrect them as well and give them new immortal bodies.

We believe in corporate worship, usually through local churches, baptism through immersion and the Lord’s Supper(Communion). We strive to serve our Lord and Savior through active, voluntary missionary efforts, through aiding those in need: the poor, widows, orphans, and downtrodden, and through sharing His good news, which we call the Gospel. We believe that Jesus Christ is the Jewish Messiah promised to Israel in the Old Testament (Torah, Prophets and Writings).  Jesus said his followers would be known by their true love for one another and we endeavor to glorify Him in this manner.

Mission Statement

Out of our desire to share the good news of salvation to everyone we meet from everywhere in the world, we are currently growing ministry projects in the U.S.A. and Rwanda. Our main goals are to win souls and draw different people from across all nations to our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Christ My Only Hope is a Christian organization and we desire to see all of mankind receiving salvation by and through faith in Christ alone. We hope to see the outcast and downtrodden coming to know Christ, who is the one and only hope. We share the gospel of Jesus Christ to all people of all religious groups, so that they may come to accept and believe in humanity’s only savior, Jesus Christ, the incarnate eternal son of God the father.

Vision Statement

The vision of Christ My only Hope is to enrich lives by sharing the love of Jesus Christ, and preaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ, to advance God’s Kingdom here on earth.

We desire to give biblical encouragement to as many people as possible, with a focal ministry towards those who are in need. This is why we endeavor do everything we can in order to share Christ crucify and resurrected.  Our vision is very big, but we know that God we serve is greater than everything. He has no beginning and no end, He is the only one true God in three persons Father, son and Holy Spirit.
We must preach His word and truth; reaching the world while we are here on this earth and striving to win more souls into kingdom of God. We have a mission to expand the Kingdom of the God of Israel through Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior.
Everything we do is without fee. Salvation is a free gift from God the Father to us and we believe He makes it available to everyone.
